A Note from WIISE Co-Founder, Dawnyel Smink
WIISE began from a simple idea—a need for more support and opportunities for women in our industry. Starting as a Facebook group where women could share their experiences and find solidarity, it quickly evolved into in-person retreats and workshops. These events have created spaces for women to empower each other and overcome barriers.
Our mission is to equip participants with the tools to break through obstacles and amplify their voices. We believe in the power of community and the strength that comes from shared experiences. By bringing women together, we aim to foster an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
